Personally I don’t give a damn about BB and I believe Sakazuki would still incinerate him and his crew, same as Whitebeard as Papazuki is the new true strongest man alive. BB might be the final fight though, he’ll have some insane hax like a third DF that’s zoan and some underhanded ass tactics I predict. Maybe Luffy will have to team up with someone to beat him mirroring the defeat of Xebec and the Rocks

Mostly depending on whether or not he will enroll a third devil fruit power I guess.

Because EoS Teach will likely be able to high diff Akainu, possibly mid if things get crazy enough. So if he won't eat a third power DF perhaps he might be capable already.
