I don't think it's confirmed but it looks to be the case imo.
Kizaru is frequently paired up or showed alongside with RHM.
Akainu and Kizaru even joined the marines at the same time I think. He is also the one who didn't put his name up for Fleet Admiral and listens to Sakazuki instead of arguing or anything. He's also the only one left from the original trio so he must have a better relationship with him too.
They were even shown chilling together in a cover story I think. I think they have more like a buddy relationship than professional but Akainu is still Kizaru's superior.
