Zoro is 100% healed.
In the previous chapter the mink doctor said that the medicine take more time to activate because Zoro was heavily damaged.
After he got out of the mummy cross he is at his peak.
So no more "Zoro one shot all YC" headcanon.

The wounds matter is not significative. He had broken his bones in the first place, that was never truly the issue.
