If this man is Kozaburo and he shows up, then pretty easily it can be explained. Hyou can talk about Ushimaru. Kozaburo can talk about Zoro. He wouldn't have been in Wano for long

Yeah it's really confusing, the fact that queen is surprised that sanji is not a cyborg makes me think that there's definitely a connection between sanji and king

Kind of relate with what @RayanOO is saying, I have always loved Zoro for being the ordinary turned Extraordinary through his own hardwork and effort.

however that ain’t changing much but would have loved zoro to be a normal guy.I guess since this is just fiction Oda probably couldn’t just let Zoro’s past hang like that so he decided either way why Not ?
