That's exaggeration. Sure, if he went on rampage for several days with awakened powers, he might lay waste to the surface of the planet. That is no combat feat however. It's not even useful. If Whitebeard would destroy the island he is standing on, he would fall into the sea and drown. Sword lethality of a swordmaster who turned his blade black is more devastating for combat.

What would Ryuma do?

Fighting fodders and protecting wano?

There being some early scans of characters clashing and Sanji impressing doesn't mean that a serious Jyabura didn't absolutely shit on him and outclass him in every way. And that was the case in the entire chapter after the early few clashes and Jyabura trying to make gag scenes and joke about this or that.

Same was for Zoro. Kaku kept being stupid and weird, making silly jokes- but the moment he got serious and pulled out Yontoryuu, Zoro was cornered, overwhelmed and had to resort to Asura. Though the difference was that Asura was one-shot and Sanji needed to take a hit just to land a finishing two-shot blow.

We all gonna ignore sanji being extremely nerfed at like 50% health cause he got damaged 3 different times heavily in the same day?

We also gonna ignore sanji outclassed jabra completely while nerfed?
