If they don't, then you don't need to worry. If I claim, the Jailer already has their mind made up, because anything I claim they already know. Therefore, there is no pressing need for me to claim. If I do claim, and the Jailer trusts me, then I'm exposing information that doesn't need to be exposed. There is no benefit to it here.
