Yeah maybe. I wouldn't go as far as to seriously argue Queen would beat Katakuri.

Katakuri also has a good toolset for most of what Queen has showed up to this point. Will be interesting to see Queen's "many tricks" that he bragged were hidden in his modified body

Well, you have to consider how Urouge’s power works. The more damage he takes, the stronger his AP gets. Urouge traded HP for AP. Despite the fact that his AP should have been really high after his fight with Snack, Urouge still lacked the AP to break a biscuit soldier. Urouge is the best character in the series for running gauntlets because his stats don’t ever really get lowered. His body just trades one stat for another
