Then explain why he’s been acting so nonchalant the entirety of the raid. He’s not even bothering to put in any effort. It’s almost as if he considers everyone beneath him and probably has Kaido’s Adv CoC defenses keeping him nice and cozy. Remember the reaction of Big Meme and her kids when they saw King coming towards them? Worry and sheer panic. Meme wanted him on her crew badly.
Literally the only time we see King the least bit concerned is when he was about to get power knee’d by Marco which is moreso him being suprised than worried, I’d say:
Every other instance his face is blank like this:
He has the traits of other Commander level CoC wielding pirates, like Doflamingo and Katakuri, all were unfazed by everything and took no opponent seriously until one worthy foe came along who was as powerful as they were while also being a conqueror, that rival was Luffy for them and it wil be Zoro (and potentially Sanji) for King.
Once Zoro shows off that he can cut fire, stop his named attacks, and coat his swords in conqueror’s haki, only then will King stop fighting in base and go all out.
Maybe he will get pissed off and really start going ham to the point where Zoro actually has to make good on what he said and win by biting King’s throat out after the fight is reduced to two feral beasts lashing out at each other with no style or grace, probably a fist fight too
He appears to already have a wrathful side to him regarding loyalties, that’s another trait of a conqueror subjecting others to his rule.
He will go out in a blaze of glory pushing Zoro to extremist difficulty to secure a victory, or force Lanji to switch in and attain a real W for once.

we've seen two yonko crews outside of the beast pirates till now.
and in both of them someone other than the captain had CoC.
in the whitebeard pirates, we had ace.
in the big mom pirates, we had katakuri.
i just think that there's no way the yonko crew that the strawhats are getting 1v1s against dont have another CoC user outside of the captain, especially when this arc confirms zoro's CoC.
this is further true when kaido comments that he doesnt need that many CoC users running around.
and thematically, kaido is the pirate who is at the pinnacle of piracy, the emperor who's MO is to break the spirit of other captains and bring them under his empire. he was even trying to break the spirit of yamato all this while, who is probably another CoC user.
these are my reasons as to why i think there will be atleast one other CoC user outside of kaido in the beast pirates.

i definitely think that to lead a pirate crew at the level of the emperors, one must be a CoC user.
you can even argue that sengoku and the world govt were worried that whitebeard was grooming ace and not marco or jozu (who were arguably stronger than ace at that point) to be the next pirate king (or at the very least, a future emperor/top tier) for the very same reason.

Giving the Tobi Roppo instructions is not qualities of a King. Jack and Queen have done the exact same thing. Jack told them to back off Scabbards, and Queen was the one who sent Drake/P1 after Sanji + was in charge of all of Udon.

jack told them he'd take over. queen was in charge of udon and we all know what happened. jack was incharge of kuri. theyve literally carved up wano to manage efficiently so idk what you're getting at.
