Enma's entire thing is just trying to squeeze out wielder's haki. That's why it's used for haki control training- the mere fact that Zoro's other swords are contributing equally to attacks alone shows Zoro has mastered it by now.

VC confirmed again that Enma's ability draws out the user's Haki, basically more Haki than the user normally can do, therefore, an increase in boost, therefore, a PowerUp.

So Zoro had 2 powerups (training with Enma + the Enma's ability itself) while Sanji 1 (stronger DJ) for now, and still keeping up with Zoro :cheers:
