Did I say it was? Everyone who has read any shonen manga before knew it when they picked up OP, that doesn’t excuse how utterly uninteresting Luffy has become

I could say that about any character in the series and it would be just as true. At least Luffy isn't a Mary Sue who can do no wrong as he has failed countless times. What is it about him you find uninteresting ?

Base form + conq advanced. Still did a lot of damage in base. Wait until he goes G4 + advanced conq it will be even better.
