You're conflating flavour with mafia mechanics. The flavour of a kill doesn't need to be a poison for the kill to be a poisoner kill. Just like a lynch flavour doesn't require the narrative to describe hanging the lynched character via noose in a style of public execution.

The term is only called "Poisoner", @Ekkologix because it fits with the naming conventions of other roles, as the ability causes a player to perish after a set amount of time.
It's irrelevant here, though. The terminology is the terminology. We know Natalija has a Poison kill, it's in her role sheet. In terms of Genshin flavour, any element can work, particularly Pyro and Electro, which both have the ability to do DoT damage to players.
