No, Luffy will still 1 v 1 Kaido, but I'm not excited for it. I want him to fight Shanks, Akainu and Blackbeard. Kaido is simply trash, weakest top tier. The way Luffy has been acting with Kaido, and Kinnemon plus the Scabbards being alive makes being the weakest top tier true. Him waiting until Whitebeard was old sick and pre occupied to take him on shows this as well.

There is no such thing as disabled Ashura. Attack potency won't come down with decrease in hp. Ultimate attacks are used as a last resort. People really found a hard cope.
