Literally the problem is just taking Redon's summary and changing words. That can get spread around quickly because many people (from outside the forum too) go to the spoiler sections of this forum to check the only easily available english summary.

So now you could potentially have people see the altered summary and claim that Redon is calling Yamato a she in other places, which is something that he doesn't want as the one who wrote the summary.
