This, Tama coukd have been handled much better. Her dango olot device role ruined both her character aswell as a good portion of onigashima plot.

Momo is necessary, he plays an important role in Wano but the execution of his character is bad.

Sanji has hit Queen four times in the face yet cause no significant damage. This is turning to Luffy vs Kaido. Can hit and damage an opponent but can't cause any significant damage.

We haven't seen Zoro's growth from learning to control his haki batter with enma. Zoro has showed nothing. He just getting started.

how would oda be able to keep using sanji as hypetool if he gives him the fruit that makes him near invincible to attacks?

Soon in the upcoming arcs the top 3 in the SHs won’t be used as hype tool as they are gonna be at a very high lvl of combat. So side characters would take his place, even Zoro was a hype tool for Apoo, but such a thing won’t happen later on.
