Smoothie is above Cracker who stalemated Boundman (the same Boundman that is above Jozu) the Boundman that crushed Doffy badly in both rounds.
It took hours + disadvantage to beat Cracker... dont sleep on Smoothie as Oda said, she is strong!

The reason why smoothie cant do much is , they are on the ship, one mistake, the ship will sink again.
Doffy has CoC and awakening but still placed below Cracker via portrayal and feats.
If someone like Doffy who could make Jozu (WB do Number 2 alongside Ace/Vista) his chair, who has CoC and awakening is placed below Cracker...
King needs something better than Doffy to be placed above Smoothie
