In the future coming for One Piece,any fight that isn't vs1 beyond vs Kaido will be meaningless.
Because,it's during the vs1s that characters really have everything about themselves challenged,grow better whether they win or lose and produce exciting content.
One of the contents required for Chopper currently is figth a Zoan user extremely powerful,and i get convinced that Jack is the perfect for him.
Let's not forget that Chopper also need prove how he's far above ones as Inuarashi,Nekomamushi and Jinbe. So Chopper need do far better than them in the war,not be helped by them.

Oda has done some interesting stuff:
We learnt BM has 3 commander but had a 4th one who she just demoted.
We learnt that WB has 3 top commanders but had his best commander in the past, Oden, who left him.
I'm sure Kaido has an Ace who is hidden or somewhere.
Someone who will be a conqueror and have a special individual hype.

the BMPs wont participate in the war, they will be occupied by the Marines or something will happen that will force them to return to WCI for now, Smoothie will fall in Elbaf if she's gonna be defeated at all
