Well, what you said I used to think as well.
But for defeating Hawkins, I'd give Killer 500M and participating in rooftop another 500M.
So 1B EoW. But tbh I feel like that's way too high.
EoS Killer can go any direction. I'd cap him at under 1.5B tho.
And Kid 2B post Wano minimum.
3B EoS as a Great Pirate.
Unless he gets srs military backing + ownership of territories like a real Yonko I don't see him pushing past that.
