A weaker top tier needs another top tier to beat Kaido... high diff perhaps? Meanwhile Luffy has Momo and Yamato against Kaido while Marco could join them soon as well. We've seen that Kaido can get hurt by blunt force. KKG, even without advanced Haki, would have knocked a few teeth out.

Not only that.. but Kaido seems to be re-written as someone who can be affected by normal haki too…
The more we see, the more Kaido is getting affected by different type of attacks…

To be honest, we saw this since his introduction. He had a concussion from just crashing into rocks.

The problem is Kong Organ was a move that was invented to fail. It's never worked once. Kong Gatling > Kong Organ.
