I really like this theory. Orochi and Tama have never met. In fact, Orochi and Tama are on the same floor lol. I'm curious if something happens here.

Even tying back, but what if Tengu is in fact Oden's father. Him losing the throne to a Kurozumi, but taking in someone from the same family line is an interesting dynamic.

Sukiyaki (Tengu), Orochi and Tama being at the same place has all the ingredients for that kind of drama to unfold, especially if he's going for the "ending the cycle of hatred" trope here.

Tengu could also corral the citizens and give them context to Luffy being their Joyboy and what not, basically a Gyats 2.0 lol

Oh and there's always the prospect of giving Ame and Nidai to someone too
