we knew that Wano is isolated from the world and i think that is the work of the WG in the void century and then came Oden a prince of Wano who wanted to sail the see , the world government fair the opening borders of Wano and that was confirmed in the conversation between Orochi and the CP-0 , so they wanted prevent that Oden will sail and then as a Shogun he will open Wano so they made a plan to get rid of him , and they used Orochi as a puppet for their plan and since then they make deals with Wano.
the WG is about to be exposed and their fair Wano opening border the most right now , i think the ones who helps Orochi right now are really part of CP-0.
the World Goverment help bad pirates in secret and pretends to help people against the pirates.
that exactly what Doffy did , using his DF and making the royal family of Alabasta looks bad and then taking over pretending to bea hero

No. Because as weve seen the cp0 have no say in wano outside of negotiating with orochi. If they played a part in getting him in power they for sure would have made sure they have more of a foothold in wano.

not really they just wanted to let Wano remain closed and they achieved it , they didn't really to be exposed since the samuarai wouldn't really like to be manipulated by outsiders so they were careful by just sendig a single person that could achieve and they make use of the history of Orochi's decedants , that Woman even said that she was outside as well. and the propaganda is similar to that of the WG against pirates.

Why would they ? Wano had gold and seastone/Sea stone crafters that the wg have wanted for centuries. It makes no sense to halfass the job where they dont call the shots.

they cannot do that easily without exposing themselves then otherwise it would means a danger of opening Wano's borders to the outside world as well , the thing they fear the most because of the ancient history. that is the same reason why Kaido and Orochi prevent the reports about those who comes from the outside. and they preferred to have
their deals with Wano secretly. no one in Wano knows about only those who are involved in it.
