Pre ts it was arguable, post ts it became clear who got the main focus

The group she was in was named after sanji, and she was the name to name it along with chopper lol

Honestly I feel bad for whoever still thinks Nami is the left hand where it's clear she isn't, sanji is, she literally couldn't even argue with zoro during the usopp situation, she's not a leader or a left hand man

She's a very human character, that's what makes her lovable, she took only 3 decisions that impacted the story, while zoro and sanji took dozens, the fact that isn't that impactful adds to her importance, she struggles to do things the monsters in the crew do easily, she is "weak" and it's a good thing in a way, I don't get why people try to push her to be what she is not

Don't get me wrong im not trying to trashtalk Nami, she is basicly an advisor to Luffy, Zoro and Sanji to avoid them doing shit from time to time, she imposes her thoughts during several decisive situations and helps everyone with her tactics, but it stops there.

Yeah, that's it, she's doesn't lead, she just reasons, and she doesn't even do it that often, I feel like people who want Nami to be more than she is, which is being a crafty and manipulative navigator who will always hide behind the m3 but will stop them from doing stupid shit sometimes, kinda misunderstood the story

Come on, we both know you're not that dumb and you don't really give a fuck about Nami

The leader ship trio is canonicaly

Luffy

Zoro (vice captain)

Sanji (tactician, advisor)

The rest

Always has been and always will be

Zoro and sanji got more focus than Nami post ts, wether it's character wise, progression wise and narrative wise
sanji is the vice captain:beckmoji:

Yeah LoL, you could find many situations where she basicly tells Luffy what to do when he doesn't know, or can't help it because he acts too impulsive sometimes, but Zoro and Sanji also got moments like that alongside with Luffy and even towards each other

I mean, I don't see it as that impactful tbh, telling luffy to not do stupid shit is something every character did at some point, heck even law did it lol, it's not really that special, what's special however would be bossing around the crew, something only zoro and sanji did in luffy's absence or incompetence like with usopp

If you talk advising, Nami is the one who convinced Luffy that they should go to Zou first. Sanji wanted to return back in Dressrosa.
