If you talk advising, Nami is the one who convinced Luffy that they should go to Zou first. Sanji wanted to return back in Dressrosa.

And that's great. But with "if" you can do a lot of things. Wanda considers Nami and Chopper to be their primary savior. Sanji wasn't the one to push the story forward there
