I don't know what pink fuzzy balls you're slurping on while pretending they're Young Master's, but jumping on top of someone to deal damage is an attack thus part of combat. It doesn't help your case that these are named attacks.

What kind of crack are you smoking? He literally did that because Big Mom had no idea he was there. No one in 1 v. 1 combat is going to wait for Queen to climb a building to then jump on them.

Let him try landing that on Sanji. It's amusing how you're trying to scrape the bottom of the barrel because you have nothing. Your fucking Queen can't even beat base Sanji while in Hybrid.
