again this is a stupid thing to say
the word for greatest is not the same for strongest
so logically they don't have same meaning unless there was 1 word for the term

Not sure what you're talking about, so i'd just show the raw text difference between Mihawk and Whitebeard's title
世界最強の剣士 Sekai Saikyō no Kenshi, and as you can clearly see in Raw below when is introduced they are all there.

Here is the raw of the panel when Whitebeard was introduced.
Notice the 世界最強 which are in WB's title are also in the Mihawk raw when he was introduced. The only difference is between Otoko(man) and Kenshi(swordsman) so WB is "Worlds Strongest Man", not "Worlds Greatest Man"
