And yes, attacking when they are weakened and wounded and lacking numbers makes absolutely perfect sense.

None of what you've said actually contradicts the fact that attacking a weakened enemy is more ideal than attacking them while they are still healthy.

My guy! I am talking about ODA DECISION! Not some fictional story! Them attacking the straw hats are within the fictional "universe of the story" which i am NOT discussing. I am talking about ODA's writing. There is a huge difference between the two but you keep conflating the two. Idgaf about them as characters. They aren't real. I am talking about how Oda is going to handle it. He is just going to give the alliance some cheap power boost or recovery in order to fight and at the end of the day NO consequences are going to occur.

And I don't see the issue with this decision. Introducing CP0 this late make the conflict more potentially interesting here on out. I think this is absolutely something that is going to have some consequence.

Didn't Zoro faced off with his opponent Apoo who was comical too and Zoro need help, but even that isn't enough to defeat him?

This isn't Zoro, Zolo. Sanji breaking swords without trying, not being tossed around who Franky have to help him :kayneshrug:.

Luffy got beaten up by Katakuri when he was actively defending himself and/or using CoA. Didn't use both against Sanji. The only time Katakuri got "free hits" was when Luffy tried to learn FS.

Zangiri Mochi and Power Mochi literally shit on all of WCI Sanji's AP.
