None of the BD can kill N1. Not the Hunter, not the Knight nor the Prince. Cal died N1. Unseen can kill and convert during the same night. The cult can't. Only the cult leader can kill but he kills 2 people. But since we don't get announcement of failed kills, I can't be sure. And I think they'd try to convert one night at least. Yesterday we had 2 deaths, so my line of reasoning was that the Assassin used the 2 for 1 and killed 2 people.


Since we have 3 neutral roles already, Ali, Zemmi, and Enryu.
