As the Scarlet Dragon he has red Hairs and red Eyes
As a part of the BDSK,where every member symbolizes one of the 4 beasts of the chinese mythology
he is the Vermilion Bird.Lets take a look
His Bird/Phรถnix feather earrings
His black Kimono with what appears like bird wings designed on the sleeves and tail feathers on the bottom
The hilt of his sword that looks like a phoenix's claw
So yeah,overall a great design which also fits with his title/standpoint in the Manga

Artoria Pendragon (Saber)
The reason Saber is so popular is, in large part, due to her design. Specifically the accessibility of it. It's very simple - there is nothing too extravagent about her features. And yet you could take any one aspect about her design - her hair, colour scheme, clothes - and it would be instantly recognisable that it's Saber. She also has a very tactful design - it's cool, it's elegant, it isn't sexualised while remaining attractive. Saber is the best.

Corazon (Donquixote Rosinante)
Donquixote Rosinante has in my opinion the best Design because of how colorful and fresh he looked. Every thing in Corazon design seems original, from his long blonde hair covered by the dark red hood that has heart-like shapes hanging to his dark cape and distinctive makeup.

Geralt in my opinion, has some of the most unique character designs I've seen. His armor and looks evolve through the story but his recognizable face/Hair color and especially eyes remain the same. I feel like the simple design with next to no clutter fits him and his profession( wandering monster slayer) best.

Rumi Usagiyama aka Mirko
Ladies and Gentlemen, bask in the glory of the superior version of Carrot, Rumi Usagiyama aka Mirko!
Mirko in my opinion is the perfect combination of beauty and toughness. Her highly muscular yet graceful body perfectly compliments her grace in combat and outside of it.
Lets take a closer look at what makes Mirko beautiful and overall having an amazing design
As you can see Mirko has several high class appearance traits.
By having a rabbit quirk she is blessed with big fluffy bunny ears pale as the first snow in Alpine mountains but fluffy as the softest blanket you can find in cold winter days.
Her face holding a beauty that can rival greatest beauties of fictional world. Softness in it that can only be matched by its ferocity in combat.
Her vigorous training blessed with arms capable of many great deeds whether she will use them to pummel her enemies, hold earth instead of Atlas or make you a mashed potato without any big chunks of potato. Fit for every occasion!
Her chest is plentiful as the vineyards of Tuscany and Aquitaine holding her big heroic hearth and lungs of a champion that inspire greatness in people.
Her abs can rival hardness of Greek marble and they appear as if the gods themselves chiseled them from the bosoms of Greece itself. In combat they can take any punch with ease but outside of it can make a perfect resting place for your head if needs be.
If God Almighty deemed this to be enough he would stop here but alas he recognized the creation he was going to birth so he went all out. A bunny tail, a fluffy bunny tail that you can't deny would be a dream to touch as if it was embrace of a loved one on a lonely night.
But we aint done yet, her heroic spirit that pushed her to train and train blessed her with glutes that indeed deserves the title of Glutes Maximus. Such beauty, such sexiness can't be contained by mere mortal fabric and nor it should be because denying the humanity of it would a crime against it.
And as God saw fit that his creation is complete he understood that to hold this magnificent body he needs to give equally magnificent legs. Mirko's legs are long as Monday on a cold day. I am not an expert but I am perfectly sure she could crush a human skull with them but it is okay, no one would mind to be between them.
On top of that Miruko likes Design and it is one of her hobbies. I am willing to bet she always pays attention to what she wears and only wants the best for herself.
Everything i said so far make for a fantastic character design. Beauty, grace, toughness and everything a warrior and a beauty of her level should have!

Barragan is the King of Hueco Mundo and the founder of Las Noches. His design is pretty badass and it's probably my favourite design in all manga. Jus tlike how he looks like the god of death in his resurrection form.
