• Adult versions of the characters with naruto being from the boruto series and ichigo being from the bleach hell arc
• Both characters can be scaled from anime,movie and game feats
• Ichigo and naruto would be using their current incarnations whatever that may be
• Equipment is standard and the setting would be the island turtle seen in the war arc

Ichigo wins. In Boruto Naruto is just a shadow of his former self and got nerfed so hard,he even could barly hold against Delta,which was a fodder character of Kara.

he wasn't shown nerf or underestimated but doesn't mean he certainly is nerfed

idk about Bleach dood.. but naruto could once upon a time could destroy earth itself and still have Chakra left.. and this us only Relying on Kurama.. without Kurama he has Sage mode who was able to dodge the fastest of shinobi's and counter him.. when he was in the war..

on top of that now he has sage of 6 paths powers and other tailed beast Chakra as well which has various functionalities.. like steam style was it? it was able to overpower Kaguya who has 10 tails within her in addition to zetsus.
