Completely agree. I'm the same. I started rewatching old shows I used to love and enjoying them again, same with movies. I do try the occasional new movie or show, but a lot of the time I don't enjoy them or I do enjoy them but not that much. Same with games actually too.
Yeah, we're also living in the most extreme saturation and accessbility of entertainment than we ever have faced, the most extreme over stimulation we could experience so far, it's going to cause severe problems in the long term as it's already showing in the youths.
