My point was that the series had a wide appeal due to creating characters that had universal appeal. While that's impressive the story itself is kinda generic

That theory is fantastic, I always associated Tyr with Shanks but never thought of it fitting for Killer and Kid! It certainly explains why Oda made Kid lose his arm too! This chapter is really taking that full circle isn't it?

Because enma is responsible in drawing out more haki from Zoro. That's why zoro used more haki than he should use. That's what enma does. lol
