Not sure. I am going off of the logic of 1 from each verse. 2 scum teams, 6 scums there. We already had one indie in Nick. Probably another indie somewhere in the claims as well. 17 to 8 I think would be the measure here. If we assume 8 mafia members, and 2 indies, that's like 15 to 10. Dunno about that.
