Because in my opinion, Tashigi is got to be the most annoyingly naive (well Vivi is a close competition) girl in OP. I'd rather have Zoro live out his life in solitude (or die) than to see him with Tashigi.

And he was only interested in Tashigi because she reminded him of Kuina. Now, he knows she is different from Kuina.
