This entire arc is about the fall of the old Rox Captains (Kid/BM) and the rise of the Worst Gen Captains.

Because your point holds not merit. With his blades or without his blades he was still getting blitz the exact same way since his blade does not increase his movement speed or reaction speed lol

His fighting wasn't completely changed since killer himself never said so. He never stated his fighting still was completely changed since he was still using his speed to evade etc which is his fighting style. He wasn't mental hindered since the ajime neither the manga showed it. And he wasn't physically hindered (lack of speed). Which means he was still getting blitz the same way regardless. Even more so if zoro wasn't distracted by another person that was attacking him at the same time
