Like i already explained, this is a specific property of light in rl. Oda's just using a coherent method to keep Kizaru's abilities balanced, like crocodile's sand becoming tangible with water.
People thinks Borsalino needs to fight like Dragon Ball characters, there's nothing to do with that. One turns his body into light and get it properties like speed and mass while transformed, the other is just a guy with the same speed as light...

Black hole is literally generated because the gravitational field within is so strong that it keeps on absorbing matters.
so yes, if fuji can control gravity he sure af can control and create a black hole, if you want oda to take DF literally.

I took physics and I know that. I didn't explained myself well.
You have a DF doesn't mean you can use all power of that devil fruit. Just like Ace only using Red Flames never blue or white flames.
That said, Gravity DF doesn't mean you can generate black holes because would mean so much gravity. But Light DF is different, the minimum you can use is light speed. Get it?
And how I said about blackness, doesn't make a sense. Blackness doesn't hurt you in anyway. At most can make you blind.
I miss the part that light materialize in RL. Can you explain?

maybe he was thinking of intercepting the Big Mom Pirates along Wano's coast , and try to deter them before the Beasts Pirates come
maybe Wano's coast was the most probable place the Marines would be able to meet with BMP
this means Marine Headquarters is probably pretty far away from Wano , and so is Totland

This is just standard Marine protocol to send out forces whenever two Yonkos or big Pirate groups are meeting. Probably to deal with the fallout in case they ended up fighting.
They were planning on sending Sengoku, an Admiral at that time, when Roger and Shiki fought.
They sent forces to intercept Shanks and Whitebeard from meeting. They would've sent out an Admiral if they fought as well or they trusted Shanks to not break the balance of the New World, given that seems like his agenda.
