Tried making Krapfen (a similar German pastry but round and filled with jam) at home many years ago and it failed bc that oil frying is kinda hard.

Ideally, I'd dress up and go to a club or party, but with Covid still lurking around I think me and the BF will just binge watch scary movies and give out candy, but I doubt we will have many Trick or Treaters this year.
