Zoro has most visible feats because of his swords which are lethal weapon and can also be used as a shield(e.g when he used it to stop hakai). So in paper his feats look the best. But lets not forget about the potrayal of Kaido's reaction of Luffy's attack.

Queen didn't mention if he used haki or not, he just asks if Sanji used haki, and it is said that Armament Haki wouldn't be enough to break the sword. Can you show me a panel of a Scabbard showing Haki on their swords and changing its color while piercing Kaido non stop?

So Sanji didn't got hurt, neither used haki, and still broke the sword, and his haki was already decent enough to block blades, slashing/piercing weapons and attacks are the most tough things to block with Armament Haki, unlike most blows.

Obviously Sanji isn't breaking a Meito, literally nobody is supposed to do that, even if he uses haki or counterattacks it with Devil Leg, but he is for sure the most efficient one against blades, and overall slashing and piercing moves

Except Kaido stated Zoro scarred him and hasn't made any statement about any other attack.

Kaido also stated to Law that his ability is troublesome when Law did Injection shoot. Lets not forget about his multiple comments on Luffy.
