His physical endurance in TB was higher than Luffy tho, pre-TS Luffy dropped too often even with less injury than Zoro.

You have a problem? Of course Oda is messing up portrayals but literally no one in Onigashima other than Zoro could have blocked Hakai, not even Kaido or BM(they would have been hit but survived). Yamato was tired by fighting fodders while Zoro got tired for carrying a nerf blade(Enma).
Sanji power up is pure bullshit. He is literally the toughest guy at Onigashima right now. Combine Kaido with Marco and Sanji is still doing better how Oda wrote him now.

Kid and Law did almost nothing at Rooftop so no big deal they fighting BM without healing. Law still took some damage but Kid took any beside those joke attacks from BM?
