As I said, Post King Zoro defeats Post Queen Sanji for sure, as per Sanji too. But there are no elements from the Kaido fight or the double damage included in Sanji's though process as he doesn't know about the side effects of the medicine.

But he knows that he is eventually going to recover from the damage.

Whatever, the point still stands, Zoro didn't specifically sacrifice himself for Sanji, he did that for Luffy and ultimately the crew.
