Sorry man.
Dont know how the law works in your country.
But in ours, it is.
The problem really is that, for a lot of mangakas, it isnt a big deal at all.
That Meliodas from Nanatsu Taizai molests the girl from the get go of the story and they end up married.
That black hole monk from Inuyasha was also a perv. Married the girl. Etc.
Oda does not portray this behavior as "bad". But as "funny".
This is not exclusive to mangakas, though. Treating sexual assault as "comedy" is something present on western media as well.
There's a video called "The adorkable mysoginist" on YouTube that I suggest checking out. It talks about how fiction uses this archetype.
I love Sanji. But I'm not blind to the problems of the character itself.

99% of Sanji's problematic behaviour is

and not

if you want to get into voyeurism, then Sanji's pretty much only seen Nami naked, and if we are to get technical about it, Nami always made him pay for the "service" afterwards.

We can acknowledge the negative aspects of Sanji's behavior and not condone it, and also not trivialize "rape" at the same time by making these jumps to the highest degrees. Same with people calling him a "pedophile" because of Pudding.

Sanji's behaviour is definitely undesirable and not acceptable but when people spam that he's a rapist, they're making leaps just to portray him in the worst possible light.

Yes, he cared so little about Sanji's fate that he spied on the convo between Luffy and Pekoms to the point of Luffy noticing he was worried about Sanji. But yes, Luffy is just wrong because Zoro is too cool and badass to be worried about this Lanjitard wealking.

You guys gotta keep in mind that the story is written by Oda, not by Zoro or Sanji fans hating the other character. So you're just projecting your own desires onto the manga to the point of twisting objective facts.
The first thing Zoro says when he arrives at Zou

Then when they start knowing whats happening there

He obviously cared in Zou and even Luffy gives him shit about it but it's also well within their relationship for Zoro to drop some banter on Sanji instead of some out of place heartfelt reply.
True, Zoro usually likes being provocative with sarcastic responses, but it seems weird that he's not even wondering why Sanji would ask such a crazy thing. But we better wait for the full summary,

Obviously he cared, but when he thought Sanji's action were putting the crew in danger, they were better off without him, thats why he asked Luffy to don't go after him. For Zoro, Luffy's dream and crew's safety is more important.

I'd say what's important is the author's intent. Does Oda want us to see one of his protagonists as a rapist? Doubtful.
Tthe problem comes from old japanese humor that doesn't really fly today.

So....
The real question is....
If the leaks are real, and Oda is a proud MFer....is he gonna....*looks around to see if no one is watching*....CHANGE THE STORY?
:noo:
I don't see this as possible because that would change way too much in the story and on what he plans to do with the end of the Arc...
Also he is probably already drawing 1032 or maybe even 1033 (although is highly unlikely).
