He still is that big. We only see the front part of the beak.

King's Zoan is almost the size of the fucking Sunny lol.

Proportions being wierd is regular for Oda, just look at Big Mom berserk mode this chapter , she seem like 300 times her previous size , i guess it's like an artistic choice to convey threat level
