since Sanji bounty already higher than Killer and all the enemies (including CP0) know that the mastermind of the raid is Strawhats... so it most likely Sanji, unless Killer joins Kidd and Law to beat BM.

Yeah, and Killer will be one of the notorious leaders of the new gen who faced down two Yonko and survived while Sanji just beats a Calamity, who isn’t even the strongest one. And Jinbei beat a mere Flying Six.
Not really buying this whole “the rooftop fight wasn’t actually impressive” argument. Kaido and Big Mom are in an entirely different class to Queen. Killer walking away from that fight mostly uninjured is incredible, beating Hawkins after it is just the icing on the cake.
Plus, Killer’s not that injured right now and can still go on to do even more.

Sure, Sanji was "just" announced as one of the "Stars" that takes the stage alongside Zoro
and the two of them will just beat the two Calamities with bounties that exceede 1,3 bil.
Post roof Zoro with a healing reset was shown to struggle against his opponent, and could potentially get a power up to defeat King, but defeating this caliber of opponent is a trivial matter when it comes to Sanji.
Yeah, and Sanji might pass Killer one day like he has other Worst Gen members.
But this is the arc where Sanji was stuck with a Yc2 and getting held up by literal fodder while in the big chapter 1000 showpiece event Killer was part of the faceoff fight against two Yonko.

Sanji's battle this entire arc was with himself much more than any of his opponents. That's what got him held up with Black Maria, and if you look at his fight with Queen, that's where most of his worries and attention have been directed.
Like even Queen catching him with his Snake form happens while Sanji was lost in such thoughts, with Queen saying that he "caught him sleeping".
And through this whole thing Sanji has refused to use the Raid Suit, and only going forward we will see a powered up Sanji fighting Queen after his awakening.
In Zoro's case his training with Enma is part of his current strength, so through the whole fight he has benefited from at least part of his Wano strength boost, unlike Sanji who's benefits only kicked in with the exoskeleton few chapters ago, and he's basically refused to fight since until the end of this chapter.
