I thought we covered this in the dead chat. You were tied to my wincon. There was no spite involved - I was playing to win.
We wasn't really in the same boat though. You had a chance to win even in death. Me coming forward was to assume good faith on behalf of the other players, especially when my role was designed so I didn't even have to risk of being guilty checked. Disappointingly the same old "spite the indies" mentality was present which probably will never leave this place. It's a learning experience, and the learning here is that if you roll indie, it's better to side with scum. Ultra did, and he won for it. So, that's what I'll be doing regardless of how pro-town my next indie wincon is.

tbh considering u saved a scum by ur vote, i could justify tpein shooting u cuz that was anti town of u

If you asked me in general terms about this game I would have.

For example: Would a person still be able to execute someone if they get removed the same night.

This was just general knowledge I used.

And again, I stopped caring too much when Lanji was jailed. I thought he would return eventually which is why I still tried last day. But this day I didn't care anymore. Scum deserves this anyway.

I was flagrantly transparent with how I was going to approach the game. My vote was my vote, there was no gain to the town removing it because while I was around scum would have a harder time hammering. The only way they'd get me to properly scum side is by offering Croc at some point for me. Which probably wasn't going to happen voluntarily. I was always pro-myself. By coming forward it was one less role town had to resolve so it wasn't like there was no trade off here.

WG has notorious awful town performance sometimes cuz players love to play as scum but not much as town so they just remain inactive and dont send actions

I had no investigative power and hadn't decided if I was going to even come forward then. Day 3 I stuck with it and decided to claim, and your reaction told me everything I needed. Of course I pushed it from there.
