You can do a lot to achieve that, Imo working jobs that require you to interract with people is an easy way for this.

Joining Clubs at your college/school works too.


Heck even join random discords and just talk to people, no gaming. Just talk and have discussions with them.


All those will help a lot, trust me mate.
