If the sword can react on his own that means he can act on his own. Therefore Zoro can not used it fully which means that Shusui Zoro > Enma Zoro.

but it just means zoro hasn't mastered the sword.. not a nerf in this context.. yes it exhausts haki but while it does it also provide more offense and at the end its not as draining as gear 4th and still lethal.

Cuz the sword has it‘s own power and cuts more than Zoro can cut on its own. But we should wait till the chapter comes out. It acts on its own can mean anything. But for now the things we have seen Zoro do with enma definitely show a power boost and not a Nerv. That was clearly shown when he tried to cut a tree and cut the entire cliff.
