Concerning Enma, it is proven that it is a nerf. Zoro has to be constantly focus on the sword for it to not suck his haki dry. He did not mastered it yet (which correlates with his comment on Zou and after the rooftop )

That seems to be the setup Oda is going for. He made a deep connection between Zoro and Hiyori, and now with Hiyori going to seemingly be in danger, he has Enma reaction to Hiyori's music. Zoro at some point is going to go and see what is causing his sword to react that way.

I think Hiyori will try to kill Orochi but will fail and then before Orochi can attack her, that's when Denjiro will probably come in and save Hiyori.
