I believe that having a black blades means that you gave part of your soul/haki to that blade in a permanent way. So if someone manage to master this skill, doesn't mean he has the greates haki, it would mean he trained so much with swords and focused only on them that he can create a link between him and them (sort of fusion maybe).

We have seen in the VC that King does leave Wano, your entire assumption stems from them not leaving ever and not using their powers. First of all they invaded Wano to begin with ( and in that FB we saw King burning down the forest and Queen using his Bioweapons) so who’s to say the didnt do the same to other countries? I mean a Yonko has territories and we know for a fact Kaido has other islands under him.

You are correct that they are veteran commanders so maybe they did this stuff earlier on in the story before settling in Wano.

The VC told us that King accompanied Kaido to Marineford. The manga itself told us that all the officers of the BP were absent when Ace raided Onigashima. That wasn't the point.

My point is that BP as a whole don't casually go around and destroy countries any more than what the BMP do. And even if that happens, there's no reason to believe King or Queen would personally go to oversee that - the F6 or at the worst Jack is sent for that just like how BMP send their fodders/veterans to do their job for them.

Before using coa in base on the sword he couldnt move zoro
Now he started using it and sends zoro flying away with no problems
