First of all, we do not have the official translation yet.
2nd of all, King Blocked with his Wings and I assume CoA whereas Dragon Kaido just took the attack.
And 3rd of all, since Luffys Attacks Ignore Dura he will hurt King more than Zoro is currently doing. That is a fact.
It doesnt help too much AGAINST Kaido because Kaido is a stamina and endurance freak as well as a dura one.
Lets see how King fares once he starts getting hurt.
Unless you wanna tell me King can go through the gauntlet Kaido went through I mean King is still a good deal below Kaido so I dont see why people would want Luffy to fight someone weaker than Kaido tbh.

Kaido has been fighting half the island non stop while lifting said island( and we got confirmation that it require power to left it and move it, meaning he's been nerfed all along while fighting all these people), so no sorry. King has shown nothing anywhere near that level of endurance and stamina.

Even if that happened it does not matter. CoA only enhances the durability of the body. The only way where it would matter is if he used haki barrier which we literally saw that he didnt use and we also saw that he did use CoA either.
Once again, Luffy's hits deal less damage than Zoro's hits. That's why one hit from Zoro gets Kaido into worse state than 50 hits from Luffy. Like it is not even a contest, I truly dont know what you are trying to even achieve here. You dont really believe that Luffy's hits are superior just because they are coated in CoC?
