Except this chapter didn't mention that all. Zoro just needs CoC to control Enma.

I doubt Oda would give Zoro/Luffy the same exact powerup in the same arc.

I mean the chapter titled "Conqueror’s" Zoro and Luffy were highlighted.

Kaido commented on CoC after Zoro scarred him.

I think Zoro can consciously use normal CoC and has been able to use it since FMI as his nonchalant reaction towards Luffy CoC would indicate. I think even Monet was one variation of CoC.

But he subconsciously used CoC coating to scar Kaido. Now I guess he wants to master it.

King seems to swap between forms a lot, so I don’t think it’s fair to say that King didn’t use hybrid when the fight was offscreened for 22 chapters. Also Marco was nerfed, look how much weaker Law gets when he’s tired.

Enma is putting Zoro at a disadvantage. He can't even fight properly. This would be a completely different battle if he had Shusui.

But mastering Enma will make him stronger long term.

It's still technically a magic sword based on what we know

Law has a cursed blade too but his sword doesn't have any special effects like that

Marco’s devil fruit is based on his stamina. He literally told Chopper that his flames use stamina to heal.
