Okay this begs the question
Did Zoro feed Enma his COC when he performed Ashura on the roof?
Obviously Zoro drew out his COC when he was near death and performing Ashura, but I think whether or not Enma was feeding on Zoro's COC remains to be seen
Enma is able to voluntarily draw out the Haki of it's wielder so more likely that not if Zoro does indeed have CoC, Enma was the one that drew it out, which would explain why even Zoro wasn't sure what Kaido was on about when he spoke of his CoC on the roof. The fact that Zoro letting Enma draw out his Haki unrestrained atm resulted in what seems to be a CoC burst which just so happens to be the clearest showing of Zoro using CoC also strongly supports this notion.
Btw the crux of this idea is from Yuderon ^^
Huh, how is Jack supposed to tip the scales in Queen's favour here?
He can't overcome King's durability, and cannot contend with King's combination of Hyper mobility and raw offensive might (Hybrid King is like the Sulong Dukes on mega steroids).
I don't see Jack being enough to secure Queen a win against King.
This is the same mistake you made with King. The narrative and portrayal matter much more in One Piece than what makes sense feats-wise or 'logically'. Their skillset rarely matters here tbh. Yeah, it's fine for Battledome maybe but in the series, it doesn't make sense for King to be able to beat both Queen and Jack together, just like it didn't make sense narratively for Zoro to low or mid diff Kaido's strongest man.
Zoro even said before going to the rooftop that beating either King or Queen won't be easy.
