First of all you have to be respectful when you talk about such a holy figure

Second of all you are looking at this from your 21th century perspective, and you probably never even read about him or how he lived

it’s sad that you seem to have been fed this specifically selected info,in which by the way might not be true since there many other narrations about her age one of it from her own elder sister indicating that she was much older than that

did you know that the prophets wifes other than Aisha, where all widows and divorcees? Some of them were actually much older than him too
It was a man who cared and looked after the neglected

also Aisha herself was a strong woman, not only that she became the fist scholar of Islam and taught MEN about the religion and narrated more than 2000 sayings of the prophet, she also lead an army later in her life!
Please read about prophet Muhammad from Muslims , don’t allow anyone to deceive you

I guarantee you that that you will find out how he was the sweetest and most beautiful human being that walked the earth
bro arguments won't help him understand since he knows not the best values of marriage and spouse in Islam..

so just suggest him about learning more baout it

You should learn more about Islam truly.. you're honestly making all the wrong assumptions about it.. Allah isn't your average folk lore diety, to me he's more than a mere folk lore but to you he'd be interesting just try watching some videos regarding learned people talking about the religion i k you'll come to love it if not join it

Having a discusion is better than straight assumption... whatever I said never was against it, I only questiones aisha, and if god created Law that Law should last forever

Im the only pagan in my family, I love traditions of our ancestors , they arent about god who tells you whats right or wrong... to kill those who dont believe or to manipulate everyone into believing what you believe.... its abaout believing in nature , giving her sacrifice to have yourself a good home , food, and safe shelter....
What kind of sacrifices do you do in your religion?

look if allah made it a law then this would have been the case right now but it isn't and marriage isn't a simple thing in Islam its something that completes a man's faith when he marries so we don't take it lightly you should understand that as thing s changed wars dwindled and we have come the point where due to education and societal means incorporated in the religion so now our scholars admonish us to marry at an age over 17....

in Islam we believe in 2 source the Quran and the hadith (prophet's way of life) but when it comes to ruling our scholars aka the one's who know these sources well make judgments for us based on what was revealed to our prophet and whats the situation at hand to reach a solution or a middle ground where it doesn't violate rules in islam .. thats called Qyais in Islam and its appropriate..

Allah made our prophet marry Aisha but he waited till she hit a certain age and that was the norm back then where people used to marry especially Muslim to help out the vulnerable women in the society

so god can decide when its norm?

god doesn't decide norms bro for us norms come up when society's change and adapt a new setting.

god just sends revelations to the prophet who then tells us what's right and wrong..

in Islamic norm Qiyas is what considered since times are different
so bassicaly that means god has no imput in that
